MUDDER IN TRAINING

Whether you’re getting ready to take on your first Tough Mudder 5K or step it up to take on Tougher Mudder, training is a key step in the journey to the finish line. Each course has its challenges and you need to be ready to take on every mile and every obstacle.

 

Grab your teammates and start 2019 off right by training towards that next headband and becoming Tougher Together. Join Gold’s Gym, the official Training Partner of Tough Mudder UAE, who will be providing complimentary training sessions to participants across the Emirates who are gearing up to conquer the Tough Mudder course. Tough Mudder Training will take place every Friday morning at 8am in the 6 weeks leading up to every 2019 Tough Mudder Event; the first of which kicks off in Ras al Khaimah on 8 February at Mina al Arab indoor soccer pitch (near Golds Gym parking, opposite the Jannah Hotel).

 

Tough Mudder Training sessions last for one hour and will give participants the opportunity to receive free advice about living a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as working up a sweat with some obstacle-specific workouts to ensure Mudders are ready to crush the World-famous obstacle course.
